The Supplier warrants that it shall perform the Services substantially in accordance with the Proposal and with reasonable skill and care.

The Customer shall be responsible for determining that the Goods are suitable for the Customer’s use and that such use complies with any applicable law.

This warranty does not apply to any damage arising from fair wear and tear or failure to maintain them in good condition, wilful damage, misuse, accident or negligence by you or any third party or use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure to follow the Suppliers installation or other instructions, any alteration or repair carried out without the Suppliers approval, or any destruction caused by any animal or by adverse weather conditions. The Installation is provided with a 6 month warranty against faulty assembly by the Suppliers fitters.  If fixtures become faulty within the 6-month period they will be replaced.
