Product Information

Dimensions 600 x 600 x 550 + height of post. Standard height of the post is 1.5m, however, you can choose whatever height you like. For a non standard height Chicube please contact us for advice & assistance.

Designed for up to 3 chickens

Made from composite panels which are fully insulated. A plastic outer layer sandwhiches foam and mdf to create a solid and secure structure. The panels are capped with aluminium and are sealed with water proof silicone. These panels are extremely easy to clean and wipe down leaving you with an easy to maintain chicken house which can be kept hygenic with minimum effort.

The beauty of this material is that it can be very easily cleaned and disinfected, allowing you to maintain a completely hygenic chicken house. No need to worry about mite infestation, which can become an on going battle with conventional wooden chicken houses.

People often have trouble with very lightweight chicken houses blowing away in strong winds, this can lead to broken housing and very upset chickens. The raised Chicube is best set into the ground, making it a permanent fixture, although if required a stand can fitted to the post to allow the Chicube to be mobile.

Chicubes are delivered to you ready assembled, so no need to worry about flat pack kits. If you require us to install your raised Chicube we can do all the ground work, so there is no hard work installing it.

Each chicube comes with 1 wooden nest box and removeable wooden perches.

Fittings include 


•    vents on both sides of the Chicube to allow good air flow, without causing draughts.
•    secure pad bolt
•    hinged side flap, for easy acces for cleaning & collecting eggs (approx 1.6m above ground level)
•    a hardwood ladder for your chickens to climb up
•    removeable side panel for easy cleaning and access
